Save the Frogs

Save the Frogs

Meet Dr Kerry Kriger from Save the Frogs. Dr Kerry is a scientist dedicated to protecting the world’s amphibians.

On Earth Day, Thursday 22 April, 2010 Dr Kerry Kriger recorded a 40 minute webinar on The Wonderful World of Frogs!

He shared

  • all about frogs and amphibians
  • why frogs are endangered
  • what kids can do to help
  • resources and competitions
  • answers to kids questions live
  • Save the Frogs Day… coming up soon

The replay is now available and a valuable resource for teachers and homeschoolers.

“Hello Annie, My sincerest thanks to you and Dr. Kriger for so generously addressing the questions of our students. They will be so excited to see this webcast. These kinds of experiences really allow children to feel that their voices are important, and that what they think and wonder is heard and valued in the context of the actual world, rather than just a hypothetical situation created for the purpose of classroom learning. Have a wonderful day. Best Wishes”
